  Customer service handled my service need efficiently, that being online account access (login). My accountant was awaiting data to complete my tax prep to meet the deadline. Being on the East Coast there's a 3 hour time difference to PTC on the West coast; not open weekend-- not that they should alter their hours but simple login issue could not be resolved on the weekend and had to wait until Monday.
